Ordering your prescriptions with us
We support and recommend two easy ways to order your prescriptions - our pharmacy app, Pharmappy, or the app directly integrated with the surgery, the NHS Wales app or website.
Both options are safe and reliable — choose the one that best suits how you prefer to manage your medication.
For repeat medication, please submit your request around one week before your medication is due. This allows time for GP approval and dispensing and helps avoid delays.
PharmAppy
Use our pharmacy app to order your prescriptions directly with us.
Getting started:
You’ll need a registration code.
Please contact the pharmacy on 02920 373631 or email customercare@crwyspharmacy.co.uk and we’ll provide this for you.
Once set up, you can:
- Track your prescription once it reaches the pharmacy
- See progress item by item
- Get notifications when your medication is ready to collect
- Set optional reminders for repeat ordering
- Best if you want clear visibility and updates at the pharmacy stage.
NHS App
Order your prescription through the NHS App or NHS website.
- Your request is sent directly to your GP surgery (faster)
- Uses the same system as GP appointments and online services
- Track when your prescription is approved and issued by the surgery
- Once approved, it is sent electronically to us for dispensing
Best if you already use NHS online services and want visibility from GP to pharmacy.
