A simple check to understand your blood pressure reading and what it means for you. Please note: These use a home reading machine. We would usually advise that you purchase a kit and take regular readings twice a day for a better picture of your blood pressure.
You will have your blood pressure measured using an upper-arm cuff while you are seated and relaxed. We will talk through your reading, what can affect it, and how to prepare for a reliable re-check. You will leave with your result recorded and practical advice on what to do next.
